Returns and Refunds

You have up to 14 days from the delivery of your entire order to return the items. You can make your first return free of charge via courier. For any subsequent returns from the same order, shipping costs will be at your expense. We therefore recommend that you return everything in a single shipment.

The procedure is simple and fast.

  1. Access your order history through your Online Account, if you are an already registered user, or from the "Track Your Order" page, if you placed the order as a guest.
  2. Click on "Request Return" in the upper right corner and follow the instructions. You will be asked to specify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Then, choose the "return with express courier" option and enter the necessary information for collection. When starting the "return with express courier" procedure, you can select the date on which you would like the courier to pick up the parcel. You will receive a confirmation email from us and from the DHL courier.
  3. Prepare the parcel with the items you have selected for return, close the parcel, and affix the prepaid return label which is available by clicking on "return being processed" in your order details (which you can access by following the steps in point 1). The DHL courier will call on the day you selected during the return request.
  4. You will receive the reimbursement within 7-10 days from the acceptance of the return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made by crediting the amount back on your credit card or PayPal account, depending on the method used for the purchase. 

It normally takes 7-10 working days from acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (the time depends on your bank or credit institution, and in some cases it might take longer).

If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only part of the order is returned, however, the shipping costs are not refunded (if paid).

No orders can be refunded if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the items are not intact and in their original conditions.

CHANGING YOUR ITEMS

You cannot change items of orders placed online.
