RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns of purchases on motifs.com are easy, fast and free. You can request them starting 24 hours after receiving the package.

Remember that items cannot be replaced but, if you intend to make an exchange, you will have to proceed with the return and then with a new order.

Returns of all items are possible within 14 days of receiving your total order, but only the first return is free. For further returns of the same order, the shipping costs are at your expense, we therefore recommend returning everything in a single solution.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, not tampered with, unworn and with the original labels.

The return can be made:

  • by express courier: home collection upon reservation

We remind you that it is not possible to make a single return with items from different orders. For each order it is necessary to activate the respective return procedure.

Below you will find details on the instructions for the procedure to follow depending on the method you prefer.

RETURNED BY EXPRESS COURIER

To request a return with home collection of the items it is necessary to open the online procedure which is available starting from 24 hours after receiving the package for 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns sent late (more than 14 days from activation of the return procedure) or containing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. We will only refund items returned as instructed.

How to open the returns process:

  1. Access your personal online profile (MyAccount), go to "order history", select "order details" for the order you want to return. If you placed the order without registering (as a guest user) go to the "Track your order" page, enter the requested information and click on "check status"
  2. Click on "Request return" at the top right and follow the instructions. You will be asked to specify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Then enter the information necessary for collection.
  3. Prepare the package with the items you have selected for return, close the package and stick the prepaid return label that you found inside the package together with your order.
  4. Leave the package to a Swiss Post post office or request that the package be collected at home directly from the Swiss Post website.
  5. Within 7-10 days you will receive the refund on the credit card or PayPal account you used during the purchase.

REFUND

The refund (regardless of the return method chosen) is carried out by crediting the amount of the returned items depending on the instrument used during the purchase phase.

In the event of a total return of an order, shipping costs will be refunded, if incurred during the purchase. In the event of a partial return, however, shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid).

It normally takes up to 14 working days from acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (the timing depends on your bank or credit institution: in some cases it may take more days).

Acceptance of the return means the moment in which we receive your package (in the warehouse in case of return by courier, in store in cases of return in store) and we make sure that the products are original, not tampered with, not worn, in perfect condition. condition and with original labels.

It will not be possible to refund any order if the above return instructions are not followed correctly.

GOODS EXCHANGE

It is not possible to exchange goods ordered online. You will have to proceed with the return request and possibly place a new order.
