Returns and Refunds

EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD: for orders placed from the 15th of November to the 15th of December 2023, the return period is extended to 50 days from the date of delivery.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your total order to request an online return for any reason. Your first return is free of charge, while for further returns of articles form the same order the shipping costs are at your expense. We therefore recommend that you return everything in a single solution. The procedure is quick and easy.

  1. Go to your order history by logging into your on-line account if you are a registered user or from the “Track your order” page if you placed the order as guest user.
  2. Click “Return item” and follow the instructions. You will be asked to specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason of the return. Then select the “Return by courier” option.
  3. Prepare the parcel with the products and stick the prepaid return label you found with your order.
  4. Contact DHL to book pick-up by the courier.
  5. You will receive the refund within 7-10 days from acceptance of the return.


Refunds are made by crediting the amount back on your credit card or PayPal account, depending on the method used for the purchase. 

It normally takes 7-10 working days from acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (the time depends on your bank or credit institution, and in some cases it might take longer).

If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only part of the order is returned, however, the shipping costs are not refunded (if paid).

No orders can be refunded if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the items are not intact and in their original conditions.


You cannot change items of orders placed online.
